Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026.

This policy explains what information Bloom Enrollment ("we") collects through bloomenrollment.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to robert@bloomenrollment.com.

What we collect

  • What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email, a subject and a message. When you book a call, the booking page collects your name, email and any answers you give.
  • How you use the site. Pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. This comes from Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records basic request data (such as IP address and time) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and hold the call you booked.
  • To provide and improve our services if you become a client.
  • To measure which pages and ads bring in inquiries, and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

  • Google (Analytics and Ads) for site measurement and advertising. Google's use of this data is described in its partner sites policy.
  • Tally runs the contact form and stores what you submit.
  • Calendly runs call booking.
  • Vercel hosts the site; Namecheap hosts our email.

Each provider handles the data only to deliver its service to us.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to count visits and measure ad results. The cookie notice on this site lets you accept or decline them, and visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before these cookies are set. You can also block cookies in your browser, turn off ad personalization in your Google ad settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

Messages and booking details stay with us for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the work that follows, then we delete them. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics' retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing robert@bloomenrollment.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, such as California's CCPA or the EU and UK GDPR.

Children

This site is for school owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
